This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to install and manage small scale networks, either as an independent network support technician or as part of a team.

On successful completion of this course the students would be awarded ICT40418 Certificate IV in Information Technology Networking which is a nationally recognised qualification. This could help students gain entry into career paths or further education in the field of ICT.
