    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage an ongoing relationship with a customer over a period of time. This includes helping customers articulate their needs and managing networks to ensure customer needs are addressed.BSBIPR401 – Use and respect copyright
    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to use and respect copyright covers maintaining control over the copyright owner’s work, commercialising copyright material, preventing the unauthorised use of an original work and using other party’s original work legitimately.BSBWRT401 – Write Complex Documents
    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to plan documents, draft text, prepare final text and produce documents of some complexity.

    BSBLED401 – Develop team and individuals
    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to determine individual and team development needs and to facilitate the development of the workgroup.

    BSBMKG414 – Undertake marketing activities
    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to plan, implement and manage basic marketing and promotional activities. It is a foundation unit covering general and basic marketing and promotional activities that do not require detailed or complex planning or implementation.

    BSBREL401 – Establish Networks
    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to develop and maintain effective work relationships and networks through relationship building and negotiation skills required by workers within an organisation as well as freelance or contract workers.

    BSBRSK401 – Identify risk and apply risk management processes
    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to identify risks and to apply established risk management processes to a defined area of operations that are within the responsibilities and obligations of the role.

It’s a requirement for enrolment and for the grant of a student visa that students establish their English language proficiency. How you can do this depends on your passport and Education Sector, which determine your Assessment Level. Some levels can use the Academique test (80% or above, only available at Academique) to establish their competence. Other levels need IELTS 5.5 or equal (or higher) or certified proof of successful Foundation, Certificate IV or higher studies.

Documentation produced for evidence of satisfactory English must be a recognised course or assessment. International students must be 18 years of age and over.
